We have returned to in-person worship in the sanctuary with a limited
seating capacity each
Sunday morning 10:30 a.m. Things will be different in
worship as we come back during this initial phase of our return.
First, you will need to register to attend worship by replying to an email you will be sent
each week to allow you to register or by calling the church office at 368-8197 or emailing the
church office at: This is for your protection and the ability to
track who was present in the event of a positive test for the COVID-19 virus. During this
initial phase, the church Nursery will not be offered and there will be no Sunday School. The Education Building will remain locked on Sunday mornings. For those with mobility
concerns, you are asked to enter through the doors under the portico. Others are asked to
enter via the door that faces Horner Street. As you enter you will be asked some questions
about any symptoms you might be experiencing and have your temperature checked with a
contact-less thermometer. Once you enter the Sanctuary you will notice some of the cushions in the pews will have been removed. Please sit only where the cushions remain in the pews
(warning! your “spot” may be designated as a non-seating area). At the end of the service we will exit by being dismissed in an orderly fashion. For those who enter through the portico
doors, please exit the same way. Others are asked to exit via the doors facing Pensacola Ave.
Other changes include:
Upon entering, use the hand sanitizer that will be available at the entrances.
Wear a mask or face covering until seated and worship has begun (disposable masks will be
provided if you do not have one of your own).
The order of worship will be greatly reduced to limit the time we are gathered (if you have
been part of our online worship experiences, expect it to be very similar).
No worship bulletins will be used (see the video monitors).
We will have one giving station with a secure box to place our gifts to God (no passing of the
offering plates).
Limited seating will be available in the balcony.
Be aware that the service will be recorded on video to be posted later for online worship.
Our goal in all this is to allow us to worship and praise God together while minimizing risks of contracting the COVID-19 Coronavirus for those in attendance. We ask for your patience,
flexibility, cooperation, and prayers as we enter this initial phase of our return to in-person
All other church activities will remain suspended.
The church office is also closed until further notice. Please call the church office at (251) 368-8197 and leave a message if you'd like to let us know something. Messages and emails will be checked frequently.

A church family growing together to know, love, and serve God and our community as we make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
